Builder – Managing Director
Tim Sayce
The co-founder of Kai Konstruct, with over 20 years experience within almost every facet of the construction industry, whilst living and breathing construction, property development and investments. Tim’s passion for building and his constant pursuit for improvement led him to begin his own boutique custom home building company.
Starting from a wealth of knowledge gained as an apprentice working for a high end custom home building company for 7 years. He was involved and taught in every stage of construction, from surveying a block at the beginning of foundations stage, right through to landscaping at the end and everything in between.
From this gained foundation of knowledge he quickly expanded his experience within the development side of residential construction. During the course of the following 5 years he was involved as a site supervisor then construction manager and finally moving into an operational management role for a medium rise development company.
When his son Kai was born, it became the starting point to pursue the long held dream of starting his own company that would stand out from the ‘norm’ within the industry.
Carrying an in-depth knowledge of residential construction, he prides himself on making sure every aspect of the building process is thought of.
With an eye for detail and high expectation of quality from all tradesman and suppliers involved in a project, the result for his clients is second to none.
