A Timeless Beauty Restored

Our clients found and then moved this 1905 original heritage home onto their acreage property.
After living in the home for 10 years, the Kai Konstruct team were sought out to carefully restore this heritage beauty to its former glory whilst extending onto the rear of the home.

The brief was to ensure that everything looked as though it was always there, with a heritage feel. This included the front balcony’s 115 year old balustrade, matched with custom woodwork to the rear addition tying the old and the new seamlessly.
