Our clients were after more space and connection with their family of 4 children living in a 3 bedroom original home.
After holding off for 10 years on the renovation to increase the family home to suit their needs, we worked alongside them with our Design and Construct service, to create a home that supported their living requirements, maximising the sloping block, whilst creating open outdoor area’s with a pool, privacy and storage in all areas.

The end result is a home that is now double the size with 3 outdoor areas, a private pool, 150m2 alfresco area, along with boat parking and a double carport out the front.

6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 multi-purpose rooms, study and library area.
