Mick and Lisa had never built before. The dream was simple a brand-new second home on their acreage property, looking out over their own horse paddocks, that would let them downsize and unlock the land they already loved without ever leaving it.

The execution was another story. After eighteen months going it alone with council, they’d stalled and needed a team that could take it the rest of the way.
We took the project on completely re-designing, council approvals and construction building onsite, just like a custom home, start to finish in seven months.

Today they live in their brand-new second home, while their original house generates passive income without ever leaving the property, or the community they love.
