Tim and Laurens farmhouse has been an ever evolving project since purchasing the property 10 years ago. The homes original intention was to be the guest house, yet as time passed the 2 bed guest house became their much loved home.

The founders of Kai Konstruct realised that living in a smaller foot print home suited their acreage lifestyle perfectly. With the majority of the families time spent outdoors riding horses, motor bikes, tending to animals and growing food and flowers.

The recent renovation was undertaken to encapsulate the now family of four, the farmhouse reflects the quality its owners love with thoughtfully designed interior additions that allows the home to feel organised and spacious despite the footprint.
