Situated in a private community overlooking the lake of a bespoke golf course on the Gold Coast, this one Villa location offered an amazing location for Mark and Cheryl to retire from their busy corporate lives, moving from down south.

As an original home with older finishes, making this their own home was a priority to maximise the functionality of the home for the next season of life and take in the beautiful surroundings.
This large-scale renovation included a complete internal renovation and an outdoor area leading onto the lake. Part of this was to include an internal lift, new bathrooms and ensuite throughout both levels, including a beautiful inviting kitchen for guests and spare rooms for the kids and grandkids to visit.

With a study and home office incorporated into the design for the flexibility to work from home, this layout ticks all the boxes.

With a coastal-inspired design, the timber floors and fireplace bring a sense of warmth and connection for those cooler nights.

No detail has been left untouched, the current house structure has now been transformed into a beautiful home that reflects the personality and values of the owners.
